Howdy!

I'm Mikaela, but usually get Mikki.

I grew up in Bondi but moved up north to the Sunny Gold Coast in 2019 and no shit...I LOVE IT ! Here I found the Gomez to my Morticia and a beautiful and relaxed place to raise my three adorable ratbags Finn, Archie & Billie.

After high school I attended University & completed a Bachelors of Arts degree majoring in Photography, upon graduation won an award for outstanding creative endeavours! I worked as a photographer but was young and felt pulled in other directions. I became a personal trainer, than naturopathy student and went on many overseas travel adventures.

Once I became a mother, I felt compelled to pick up my camera again and open my own studio focusing on capturing sweet families, lovebirds, pregnant goddesses and business babes!! I endeavour to capture the things that matter and infuse the unique personalities of my clients in there timeless photos, while ensuring everyone has a terrific time!

I love babies, am a total birth nerd and had an incredibly transformative homebirth with my 3rd baby! I'm also into true crime and my husbands a Paramedic so I can handle any graphic details.

I am passionate about women's rights, the environment, health and the unknown! You will find me on my days off spending time with my family, exploring the great outdoors, swimming in the beautiful creeks of the GC hinterland, listening to punk music, going to gigs, enjoying a glass of red wine or getting into a good spicy chicken burger!

I hope to create some special memories for you, your tribe or biz in the future.
